Downtown Dance Factory is thrilled to offer a work out program consisting of cardio/dance/fitness classes. No dance experience or ability is necessary, just a willingness to try, and to leave your inhibitions at the door. All classes are "drop-in" so you just have to turn up and join in. No necessity to book, or even to let us know you're coming. We'll welcome you on arrival ... get ready to work up a sweat and get your body toned!
Jazz Dance Class with Hanne
Do you want to get fit, but it all just seems like too much hard work? Are you jealous of your dancing children who seem to be having all the fun? Come along and dance in our one-hour adults "drop in" classes, where we'll dance the time away to the latest music - as well as some all-time classic songs - learn new dance steps, and most importantly, have some true dancing fun with Hanne in a great friendly environment.
Cardio Dance Workout with Jasmine
Come dance and get your sweat on! Free flowing, easy to follow dance cardio, all levels welcome! Sequences to target all muscle groups along with some toning to give a full body workout in an hour.
Ballet Tonic with Jess
Ballet Tonic uses traditional ballet vocabulary set to everything from pop to world music to electronic dance music. Participants will lengthen and define their muscles through a series of ballet-based movement, tone and sculpt at the barre, and get their cardio on as they unleash their inner ballerina with DDF’s Head of Ballet and former New York City Ballet ballerina, Jessica Flynn!
Zumba with Kelly
Zumba is a dance-style fitness class where Latin rhythms are paired with easy-to-remember dance combinations for a great fun party-style workout! Borrowing from dance styles such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, mambo and samba ... it's a great blend of tons of dance fun!
$20 per class
$175 for a 10 class card (applicable to all classes - stick to one or try a combination!)
